NOT HAPPY WITH PRODUCT

I purchased this product May 14, 2014 and it has quit working as of 9/1/2024. The manual does not give troubleshooting ideas to see what could be wrong. Called the number on the website and was told the party is not answering at this time. Sent an email to their customer service lets see what I get back considering this machine is not even 4 months old. Not pleased at all after paying $379.37 for this machine. Does not work very long

This litter box has worked for a few months and then died. I have tried contacting the company many times and they won’t get back to me. So expensive for such a bad automatic litter box. Do not buy!
